P3 in Wet Race at Jeddah!
Swedish Red Bull Junior Driver Scott Kin Lindblom finished P3 in his careers first wet F4 race at Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
– I made a good start and staright up to P3. Then clearly fastest but Al Azhari defended well, Scott says.
A torrentuos rain soaked the street circuit of Jeddah just ahead of race start in the F4 Saudi Arabia Championship Race 1 of Round 4. Wet tyres and lights on to be seen through the spray. Scott Kin Lindblom had good pace and was really close to P2-sitter Al Azhari, but also had to defend from chasing Wherrell in P4, later punished for track limits.
– At the end of the race I was fastest on track but Al Azhari made the track very slim and I finished P3. Good race and good learnings for the future wet races, Scott says.
