Scott joins Hitech for British F4 2026 campaign!

PRESS RELEASE

Red Bull Junior Scott Kin Lindblom joins Hitech for 2026 British F4 campaign

18 November 2025, Silverstone, UK. Hitech has signed Swedish rising star Scott Kin Lindblom, a member of the Red Bull Junior Team, for its 2026 British F4 campaign. This will be his first full season in single-seaters and his second full season in car racing, following an impressive rookie year in the 2025 Ginetta Junior Championship.

Scott stepped into cars for the first time in 2025, quickly adapting to the Ginetta Junior machinery and demonstrating strong pace throughout the season. The 15-year-old has been testing his single-seater wings in the F4 Saudi Arabian Championship this autumn, with five podiums and a victory in the eight races so far. His progression into British F4 is the next major milestone in his career as he continues his climb up the junior formula ladder.

Before moving into cars, Scott built an outstanding record in karting. Born in Falun, Sweden, he began at age five and rapidly progressed through Swedish national categories and into international competition. In 2023 he secured a bronze medal in the FIA Karting World Championship – OK Junior, proving his ability on the global stage.

In 2024 he stepped up into the OK Senior class at just 13 years old and took the title in the prestigious WSK Euro Series, dominating the season with victories in all his heats, Prefinals and Finals. That same year he was selected by Red Bull’s driver programme following the Red Bull Driver Search test and quickly became one of their standout junior talents – a sign of his ambition and talent.

For 2026 he makes the move into British F4 and is looking to make an immediate impression.

Scott Kin Lindblom:
“Joining Hitech for British F4 is an exciting first step in my single-seater career. I’m looking forward to learning the car and the UK circuits, and I’m ready to work hard, adapt fast, and aim for strong results from the first race.”

Dominic Stott, Hitech’s British F4 Team Manager:
“Scott arrives with one of the most impressive karting résumés of his generation. His selection for the Red Bull Junior Team underlines his capability and we are looking forward to helping him develop into one of the leading contenders in 2026.”
