Quali done in Abu Dhabi – P5 and P7

Red Bull Junior and Hitech driver Scott Kin Lindblom claimed P5 in Quali for race 1 in the UAE F4 Trophy at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
– A bit messy quali due to red flag, and unfortunately got impeded on my push lap. Start P5 and P7. Looking forward to the race, Scott says.

Race 1 starts at 11.25 local time tomorrow Saturday, which means 8.25 swedish time, P5 on starting grid.
Race 2 is 11.20 local time on Sunday, 8.20 swedish time. P7 on starting grid.

Friday opened with a 30-minute Free Practice session. A brand new circuit for Scott — but he delivered immediately.
– Practice went well, P3. The guys in the team have done a great job with the car and everything felt really good ahead of qualifying, Scott said.

As Round 2 of the UAE F4 Trophy runs as a support series to the Formula 1 season finale, the races will not be broadcasted through the usual channels.
