Time for Round 3 of the UAE4 Championship – Dubai Autodrome
Scott Kin Lindblom is ready to take on the Dubai Autodrome for the third round of the UAE4 Championship.
– It´s a familiar track now, and as always we aim for the podium, Scott says.
The young swedish Red Bull Junior and Hitech driver is starting to feel at home in the middle east, having spent more time there than at home during the autumn and early winter.
– It´s great to be able to race here to get accustomed to the car, the team and competition ahead of this years main event – the British F4 Championship, Scott says.
A total of 39 cars complete the grid in the UAE4 Championship of 2026, which is a bit challenging.
– The hard part is to get clean quali laps in, it takes a lot from both teams and drivers. We have quite a small window of performance of the tires, so we have to nail it, Scott explains.
– Today we have bedded in new brakes and discs, and tomorrow we have a couple of practice sessions, then on to qualification 1 and 2 and races on Saturday and Sunday.
For race 2 on Sunday morning the championship utilises a reverse grid for P1 to P12, so P12 starts on pole, and the rest of the grid in finishing order from race 1. Bound to be interesting, so do not miss any of this weekends action!
