Eventful weekend at Dubai Autodrome

Round 3 of the UAE4 Championship had its ups and downs for swedish Red Bull Junior and Hitech driver Scott Kin Lindblom.
– Race 2 was a good run with lots of overtaking from P38 to P10, Scott says.

The reason for the overtaking frenzy was a bit on the scary side though, with Scott qualifying P5 and P7 meaning a start from third row in saturdays Race 1.
– I had a technical issue at the start, so I waved to stop and yellow flags came out, but the start was released anyway and I got hit from behind twice.
– A tough moment, but the most important thing is that we’re all okay, Scott says.

Starting from the back of the grid Scott charged his way through the field, and in spite of safety car period and a red flag that shortened the race time he managed to get all the way up to P10.
– I went outside, inside, in the middle, I used all the ways to come up through the field.
– A huge thank you to my team Hitech, getting me out there to show what we can do, again!, Scott says.

In Sundays race 3 Scott started P7, went down to P9 in the start and crossed the line in P5.
– Not much to say about the last race, just managed the tyres to take the checkered flag, Scott says.

Next up is the last round of the UAE4 Championship on February 11-13 at Lusail International in Qatar.
