Game on! New F1 track unlocked – Lusail, Qatar

The last round of the 2026 UAE4 Championships enters new ground – Lusail International Circuit – a new experience för Red Bull Junior and Hitech driver Scott Kin Lindblom.
– It´s a new circuit for both the team and myself. The track is made up almost entirely of high-speed corners with no heavy braking zones down to low speed, which will likely make overtaking more difficult than at previous venues. Qualifying will be absolutely crucial, Scott says.

In Wednesdays first test session Scott was second fastest.
– We just came in from the first of three test and free practice sessions ahead of qualifying tomorrow, the car felt really good so a big thank you to my team! Testing and free practice is a bit different from actual racing though, so I don’t quite know what to expect yet, but I’m ready to push hard — very hard, Scott says.

The Lusail International Circuit, sometimes called Losail International Circuit, is a motor racing circuit located just outside the city of Lusail, north of Doha, Qatar. The track is 5.419 km (3.367 mi) in length, with a main straight of 1.068 km (0.664 mi). The circuit has an FIA Grade 1 license. It is surrounded by artificial grass intended to stop the sand encroaching on the track.
